I had to telephone round the four stores in Scotland before I could actually see the items we were looking for, It isnt always satisfactory to see items in a catalogue.

Immediate attention by skilled assistant. Nice cup of coffee when order was being processed. Straightforward colour coded system to ease the selection process for the mattress, of which I previously knew very little.

The problem was not with the Dreams colleague's but with the Finance company Dreams use. It took us over an hour to be given the offer of finance because that finance company did not have our address on their system. Even after providing extra proof( ie Driving Licence) it still took far too long

I was happy with everything about the order with Dreams although it has still to be delivered. One point I would make is that a call to rearrange delivery the phone number was withheld which resulted in the number showing on my mobile as unknown number making me unsure whether to answer.

Because I just felt that some of your products are slightly dearer than some of the other shops we visited . But in the end we were happy with the assistants knowledge and eagerness to help us with what we were looking for.
