I felt that the product choice on display was a little limited, and I did not feel there was enough time spent trying to understand what style of product I was looking for.

on given the option of delivery dates it was not specified to cost £9.99 for a sat. delivery.

Technology fault unable to pay deposit by card and had to travel to a bank to get cash. First dreams store at stration Edinburgh staff member completely messed up the order and I was unable to purchase the bed I had chosen. Second branch was much better service however was unable to purchase mattress of choice because it was not available for a period of time, so I purchased another that could be delivered in time.

The first salesperson did not provide the assistance/advice we were looking for - we almost left before the 2nd salesperson (John) provided the desired advice.

I would have been extremely happy to give highly satisfied for many of the questions but unfortunately the bed frame that I had purchased anyway I would have loved to see it in all of its glory in store but unfortunately couldn't but the salesperson couldn't have been more accommodating. I left the store very happy and now look forward to my new bed arriving.

It took some time to complete the paperwork for the purchase which I was not expecting. I also think it is not necessary to provide a landline as most people have mobiles nowadays and customers should be able to receive both a paper & email receipt if they wish.
