Quite a new sales guy Simon was lovely, but his colleague Geoffrey seemed very abrupt when showing him how to do things on the computer. Maybe cause he had other customers to serve at the moment. Just felt quite awkward the way he spoke with Simon and us.

I was really happy with the service provided by the stuff that day, however the time to wait for the bed to arrive was 5-6 weeks which seems to be a very long time to me. Also, the bed that I purchased wasn't available to see at the store, which was okay but would be nice to see it as it is completely different from the ones available. We'll see it soon, once it arrives, but also shame that I don't know the day of the delivery as they were only able to give me a time frame roughly. The stuff gave me a satisfactory explanation why it would take soo long and why they cannot give me a specific day of delivery, which convinced me to purchase the bed at the end.

The time it took entering details on the system meant that my preferred delivery date had already been taken when we went to confirm. Greater selection of specific beds would have been good and I felt the speed we went through all the products was a little too fast to process it all.
