Lack of options for Superking headboards. We either wanted a wooden one (none available) or wanted to know that the upholstered ones were not treated with flame retardant chemicals (information not available, so guessing they are...). Steph was very helpful otherwise though and put our order through very quickly and efficiently

Service was good but when we were ready to place the order, our assistant was serving someone else. When looking to set up finance, our assistant was unable to do so and we needed to wait again for someone else to help.

2 computers in store were both being used so we had to wait to place order.

Shop was quite busy, waited for assistance, although this was understandable. I would have appreciated a little more information about why the large price differential between some mattresses but overall a good experience.
