The bed which I was there to see specifically had not been removed from the central system as unavailable in the Super King Size. When the assistant went to look it was not showing. This was not her doing, this was a centralised update which had not taken place or highlighted when I had made the booking online.

The store looked a bit tired externally and internally. I have bought 5 beds in the last 5 years including a superking size Temper and was buying another 2 double beds. Despite asking if a small discount could apply for ordering two / loyalty the only thing I got was £40 off the £50 assembly charge.

I was unhappy with paying a high price for a mattress which was only guaranteed for a year and told I would have to pay £65 to guarantee the mattress for 8 years. Does Dreams have such little confidence in its products? Why can’t the work be good enough to guarantee. I raised this with the colleagues in store but they said the same was true of even more expensive mattresses. This feels very much like a scam.
