My wife and I were greeted within 30seconds of entering the store. The salesperson was pleasant and attentive to our requirements and explained the products available in great detail and invited us to lie on the products. He took time to ensure that we were satisfied with our choice and the price we finally agreed to pay. He was not pushy but very patient even getting us a complimentary drink. further he picked up on my interest in other products and spent time showing and demonstrating same.

The staff member, Claire was friendly and inviting on entry to the store. She asked us clarifying questions around the type of bed frame we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction within the store to find such products. She then left us to have a look around, whilst coming back to further provide input, advice and demonstration. She then took the time to take us around different mattress styles and pillow styles to trial, and was not pushy on time at all.

Served as soon as we entered the shop by a very friendly and knowlegable member of staff

The gentleman Man serving me was very knowledgable and was very efficient when dealing with exactly what I was looking for. Overall a great experience! Highly recommendable.

I was assisted by Clare who was very knowledgeable about the products. She also listened to my needs and steered me in the right direction.

The salesman was knowledgeable in the products he was selling, he was offering alternatives to what we were looking at giving us more choice. As a returning customer he was lloking to give us the best deal that he could.

Godfrey was very knowledgeable and spent time ensuring the bed met our needs.

Very good store lay out, the colleague that assisted me was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also had a very good understanding of what I was looking for and suggested the right products.
