Sales person (Clare) was extremely polite and not too pushy. We were allowed to take our time and Clare was on hand to answer any questions.

The staff were very approachable, knowledgeable and weren't pushy for the sale.

As soon as entered store assistant Clare approached us and was generally very helpful and informative. Overall experience was very good from help to quality of product.

We were served by Steve - my husband had been in a few days earlier and spoken to Steve. This was amongst 4 other shops. Steve was helpful friendly but not pushy he was very genuine and so we chose to return to buy from dream because of Steve. When we made our actual purchase he was extremely helpful and made what was really a boring purchase swift and hassle free. A huge thank you to Steve!

The assistant manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable the first time I visited the store to see what was available and gave me food for thought. When i'd made my decision regarding the bed I wanted to purchase I returned to the same store to place my order with her as I was very impressed with her level of customer service and attention to detail.

We were rather unclear about what we were looking for, but Clare took us through a range of mattresses and was able to explain the key differences. This allowed us to form a far clearer understanding of what it was that we wanted, and we were able to make a purchase we are happy with on that basis.
