The guy who sold me the bed was very knowledgable on all bed products and to be truthfull i bought the bed because of him

I was approached immediately and offered assistance by Godfrey, who offered me time to browse and a refreshment aswell as asking what I was looking for. I was shown several products and other options discussed. I found the team member both knowledgable and courteous throughout the whole transaction. I should have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to friends and family.

The range of products available and the range of prices allowing for customers with varying spending ability. The cleanliness of the store and the amount of choice available. The sales assistant (Clare) was extremely approachable, knowledgeable, helpful and not in the least overbearing. Gave advice without pushing any particular product allowing us time to think and make an informed decision for our purchase. The offer of a drink whilst the paperwork was completed was very acceptable and welcome.

Godfrey provided great advice, was extremely friendly and very very patient. I was allowed to try one bed, then another, then another and then back again. He then grabbed a random matress from out back to let me try too. After that I repeated the whole process again and Godfrey was happy to help. Godfrey had a great sense of humour and made me feel like a valued customer. After visiting a few other shops whilst there were other options I could have taken I cam back to Dreams because Godfrey provided the best service. I'm extremely pleased with my Dreams experience and I shall most definitely be coming back to see Godfrey when I need a new bed or mattress or pillow or even just for a laugh! Thanks Dreams but most of all thanks Godfrey!

It was an extremely pleasant experience from the minute we walked in the door. We were approached to see if we wanted help - 'gently-, not in any way 'pushy'. The bright, clean atmosphere in the store made for comfort and ease. We had decided to look around every store before buying and this was our first call. The salesman's manner was so congenial, with no pressure, and helpful, it was our delight to find exactly what we wanted. By the time our purchase was made we felt we'd made a friend and would certainly visit the store again. The visit was so enjoyable it was sad when time to leave! We haven't experienced the delivery of our mattress yet, but anticipate no problems from our initial impression of "Dreams".

Claire looked after us at the seafield branch. She was brilliant very helpful not too pushy and very informative. We had our three year boy with us and she was great with him too. We cannot praise her enough and will be back solely on her assistance
