Very helpful staff.

The salesperson (Clare) was very polite and gave me lots of space and time to think. I did not feel pressured in any way. Her patience with me going between various mattresses for sometime was greatly appreciated. She provided direct answers to the questions I had. I was also offered a drink and was generally treated as a person rather than another punter to get money from, which made all the difference.

I had no intentions of vistiing this store as I was heading to Benson beds. On passing I seen balloons, big signs saying 0% Finance and price promise. Entering the store, it was very warm and bright. The staff said "Hello" and allowed us to browse before coming over to offer assistance. Godfrey was outstanding - Very friendly - Not PUSHY and listened to all our needs. He was able to talk us through several products from the cheapest which would suit our needs to the all signing all dancing one. His knowledge amazed me and he was very confident when I challenged him during our time in the store. The offer of Coffee and Tea was a nice touch too

We are served by Clare who was very professional. On arrival at the store she welcomed us to 'Dreams' and helped us through the process of selecting our mattress and accessories. Throughout the process she did not try to pressure sell and had excellent product knowledge and manner. Its one of the best customer service experiences I have had for a long time.

I bought this bed for my daughter last year and she is so pleased with it that I returned to buy one for my son. Very good quality bed at decent price.
