Clare who served was very patient and helpfull did not make me feel I was taking too long deciding and gave me excellent advice.

I needed to replace my granddaughters cot bed for a single bed ,one that would be suitable for a three year old ,but also for adult guests, I went into store not having a clue the best one to get. clare came to meet me and after being told what I needed was so helpful.

Godfrey was extremely helpful. We had been previously and he had discussed all of the options available. Wasn't at all pushy but was the perfect salesman. It seemed like he genuinely cared about our needs and we didn't ever feel like we were being pushed into anything. If we do ever need another bed it would be a pleasure to be served by someone half as friendly as him. We even enjoyed his terrible jokes!

The staff were not too forceful or pushy at all in their manner when dealing with us, understood our needs and were able to assist accordingly with minimal delay and without any problems encountered. Having also recently purchased from another bed store, we founds Dreams to be far easier to deal with and very straightforward with a quick turnaround. The representative who dealt with us also had a very good manner and was very helpful.

Clare at the Edinburgh Seafield branch was very patient and caring with us, taking the time to match beds with our needs.

Our visit wasn't marred by the assistants harassing us . We were greeted on arrival and left to browse and then Clare asked if we were ok and/or needed any help. She the pointed out the pros and cons of the beds we were looking at and encouraged us to try and see. This helped us to narrow our selection and make our final choice. At this point the offer of refreshments while paper work completed and allowed us to browse some more and purchase even more!

The staff were very knowledgeable and were able to give us advice, we were left alone to walk around which makes a nice change as sometimes you want to discuss things with your partner, we picked a mattress and a beadstead but when we got home and looked at comments on line regarding the mattress we had purchased we knew we had made the wrong choice, we returned next morning thinking it was going to be a problem, but were happy it was no bother to pick anothet one, clare the member of staff who served us on all our visits was just marvelous, nnothing was any bother for her she even made us coffee so helpful what a gem, i would not hesitate going back .

Our assistant, Clare, was extremely friendly and accomodating! I would come back just for her service!

Found staff very helpful at helping me choose the best product for my needs. Also appeared very knowledgeable about the products. Did not at any point feel rushed , found staff very willing to be as helpful as possible.

Quick and clear service. A salesman with a good bit of humour.
