Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. There was plenty of variety. I really liked the machine that choose the right mattresses for you to try

The staff I spoke to on my visits to the store we’re all very helpful. One in particular showed me various options following the ‘assement’ bed. On my final visit I knew which bed I was going to buy and Geoffrey was very helpful in completing the sale and issuing me with all the information I required.

From the moment we walked in the staff made themselves aware, took time to understand our needs and we’re on hand to explain everything we wanted to know. We loved the automated matrice selection machine, the selection of matrices to pick from and I particularly liked that the staff weren’t in your face. They knew just the right amount of contact to use so that we were not left neglected but we’re not pestered

Really knowledgeable and helpful staff, great help and advise given, and also it's just great to be able to actually try mattresses rather than going by descriptions and reviews online

The member of staff (Godfrey) was very welcoming and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The store was well laid out, clean and socially distanced. As cynical as I was about the Sleep Match facility, it did suggest the bed that I purchased in the end
