The sales assistant was a jovial, funny guy

On arriving greeted by very polite sales assistant and said was looking around at no time was there any pressure to buy once viewed the products and decided to purchase the sales assistant was very knowledgeable in the products I was interested in and this is very reassuring she was so easy to talk to her communication skills were very good and if this is Dreams Typical customer service attitude to their possible customers I'm impressed with this company i would certainly use this store again

On arrival we were spoken to by Godfrey, who was very welcoming and friendly and offered assistance, he explained the products very well, and allowed us plenty time to try out various mattresses. When we explained we wanted a mattress that would not be too warm, advised us away from the product that we had come to see, and suggested an alternative manufacturer's mattress, which we eventually purchased.

We received the products that we were looking for quickly.

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I compared prices with other stores and price was acceptable.

The sales assistant, Clare, was knowledgable, patient and not at all pushy. When I entered your store I was well and truly over the furniture shopping process but Clare's knowledge, attention and leaving me to make up my own mind made it a pleasure. I was also extremely impressed by the fact that the sale price remained even though I couldn't take delivery immediately or at the first opportunity. Dreams was suggested to me by a friend and I would highly recommend it to others. Thank you. I can't wait to sleep in my new bed!

Your staff are truly amazing - extremely knowledgeable on the products, able to offer a range of alternatives and judged my facial expressions and mood within milliseconds to establish that perhaps there was a better alternative for my personal preferences from the range of products in store. I was offered tea and coffee - the coffee i was eventually talked (nicely) into getting was very good (are your staff also qualified baristas?), and I chatted with Clare who was behind the reception desk on 18.06.2015 about a range of interesting topics much beyond beds and bedding - entertaining, intellectual staff, who also know their product and how to lead a customer to the perfect product. Will be recommending 'Dreams' to anyone looking for a bed/mattress and will be returning to 'Dreams' when in need of a new mattress. Though I'm sure it'll be a while as the products seem to be of very high quality.

Server was very helpful without being pushy like some you meet in similar shops

The store guy did not jump down our throats the moment we set foot in the store and waited for us to come to him which I liked. He knew a lot bout the products and dos not try to over sell anything . The transaction was straight forward and was very helpful when I asked some questions about the bed itself .
