We had a great experience with Clare having already spoken to Chris on a previous visit. We were made to feel welcome and there was no pressure to place an order.

Had previous experience a few years ago when buying a bed from the shop in Stirling and was very satisfied with the purchase. I had looked around other shops for pricing etc and although they were all good, but as i had used Dreams before this store was at the forefront of my purchase.

onfirst visit-claire do a very good job of providing information & demonstrating options. returned the following day to place order but she was no in but her colleague very qickly realised what had happened and confirmed all the details voluntarily which was most comforting.

Salesperson very knowledgeable and helpful. Did not rush us at all in making a decision he explained differences in mattresses and storage without making us appear stupid and gave us privacy to talk.

We were looking for a new bed and found Clare to have expertise in all of the different types of mattress allowing us to test out each one and giving us plenty of time to talk over our likes and dislikes. To be told if after a month of sleeping on the chosen mattress if we were not happy with our choice we could select a new one was a real incentive. We were treated with courtesy, given plenty of time on our own to discuss the choices and even given refreshments.

shop very clean and tidy, staff well knowledged of all aspects of the store, my wife and myself were well looked after for start to finnish in selecting our bed and mattres through to the paper work being completed.
