Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

We went in knowing what we wanted and sales assistant Godfrey/Dreams - Leith was more than happy to take us through matching our thoughts to the options. He had good knowledge of the goods and was not pushy at all.

On entering shop we were approached by Clare who could not have been anymore helpful if she tried, we told her what we were looking for and was shown right to what we wanted. We actually bought the first bed that we were shown since it was exactly what we wanted. We were offered coffee while we chatted about various beds, Clare was most helpful in helping us choose the right bed for our daughter. Will be back shopping again due to the stock in shop and we already have an eye on something else. The service was friendly and helpful, we even got to pick our own delivery date (that's a first for us).

This is the 3rd time I have bought a bed at Dreams and I find your staff very helpful and standard of service is great.

Godfrey, the store assstant as very attentive and was able to offer advice on the style of mattress I was looking for through various questions he had asked. He also explained the various style of mattresses to me that helped inform my decision.
