Godfrey (our sales assisstant) was friendly and accomodating whilst we trying out numerous beds. We had no idea how complex the process would be and he was very patient with us. Everyone in the store appeared relaxed but remained attentive. At no point did either me or my partner feel pressure to purchase the products on offer. It was this lack of pressure coupled with Godfrey's help that led us to make the decision to buy the bed that we did. Thanks!

We were approached by a very friendly and helpful assistant who shows us the various types of beds and explained the differences. He gave us a comprehensive quote and found out how quickly we could get our order. We were not pressurised but I would definitely go back to dreams for any of my bedding requirements. Today, we had a mattress delivered and the delivery mend were also very helpful.

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable about the products

During our first visit we have been followed by a very nice assistant and for a long time, explaining us everything we needed. On our second visit (when we went to purchase £1338 of items), the assistant was different and he was alone in the shop. Two customers were before us, as another after. It was all a bit rushed at the beginning, maybe if we'd have the time and the full attention of the assistance it would have been better and we could have had time to think of adding maybe pillows or duvets to our shop...but we really were not given enough time to tjink about anything (and we had arrived 1.5 hours before the shop closure time, so we don't feel it was our fault). But the overall experience of the product range and quality was very good at Dreams.
