Assistant spent a lot of time with us to ensure we were happy with our choice

We were looking for a first bed for my son. Greeted upon arrival and shown the only two single beds in store which were on clearance because the store will no longer be stocking single beds. Despite it being on clearance the staff were very helpful in answering my questions and agreeing a price. Order was placed quickly. Left feeling very satisfied that we'd bought a quality product for my sons new bedroom.

Godfrey assisted very well and took in to account what I was looking for and why. I also have a bad back and he offered without prompting to take the product our to the car.

On Our first visit to the store we didn't have a clue where to start! One of the staff explained everything to us and the colour codes of the mattresses etc . Once we made up our mind I then returned a few days later to buy the matress and pillows . On this occasion the staff member was very busy but still made time for me even though the store was closing .

Godfrey gave us lots of advice on how to choose a mattress and he gave us pillows to try also which was really helpful. We left with new knowledge of mattresses

the sales person ,Godfrey, remembered us from 5 years previous, when he assisted us when purchasing a new mattress. This made our experience this time less stressful, and he makes a great cup of tea. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction and we felt able to ask whatever we needed to know, without feeling silly. Thank you Godfrey.

Assistant was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I needed some guidance on the best mattress to suit both myself and my husband and the salesman was a great help. Very happy with my choice and the whole purchase process.

Clare (our assistant) was extremely knowledgeable whilst putting our needs first. At no time did she impose her own thoughts upon us, she spent time trying to understand what we wanted then went out of her way - for about 45 minutes - trying to fulfil them. This was our first visit to Dreams and it was not even on our consideration list; we noticed the store as we were driving past. It was the first place we stopped, and we were planning on visiting three more, but we got no further. Now happily anticipating receipt of our new mattress. PS: was also very pleased to know there was a recycling option for our old mattress.
