The level of service from entering the store to leaving the store was great. Very knowledgeable and very helpful but without that pushy salesperson approach that you'd find in other stores. This was our first time buying a mattress so we had lots of questions but we were made to feel comfortable in asking them and we were provided with answers to all of our queries. We didn't feel rushed into making a decision and even though we took a long time to decide, the salesperson's attentive service did not waiver. The quality of the mattresses on offer was great and the range of mattress available was also great. As the mattress we bought is for our new house it was very helpful to us that we could select our delivery date, so now we don't need to worry about having a spare mattress lying around the current house for three weeks. We'll definitely shop at Dreams again!

Clare assisted from the moment we walked in. We had originally been looking for a wooden (Isabella) Ottoman Bed, but there were no wooden models on display. However, we found a leather storage bed with what looks to be a sturdy frame and sprung slats to suit my memory foam mattress. We even picked one which opened in the right direction for my room layout and which provided easy access to bed storage space without strain. In addition, Clare took a lot of time to explain everything to us and won over my mother who was with me on needing and wanting one of the Therapur Vitality mattresses - which she is looking into purchasing in the near future to aid healthy sleep. Overall great customer service. Only negative comment would be that there were no wooden models of the bed that I was looking for originally. However this is no reflection on customer service, but perhaps store product availability? We were persuaded to go with the leather model in the end and I look forward to having a good night's sleep again that doesn't hurt my back! All the beds in store are nicely presented, clean and VERY comfortable.

It was all down to the Store Representative GODFREY, he was simply marvellous with us, very helpful, very friendly, very experienced, patient, fully explained evrything to us..Helped enormously with the eventual purchase, but more importantly his forbearance with our indecision before our minds were made up and purchase made. Godfrey gave us outstanding help, and he cannot be praised HIGHLY enough. Thank You Godfrey it was a real pleasure.

Our experience was an eye-opener. We were warmly greeted by Godfrey (validation code 162) on entering, and without any semblance of a hard-sell, we left the store 30 mins later, fully satisfied with our purchases and having spent more than we intended. The salesman was top class - he was a credit to your company.

As we still had an open mind when we arrived as to whether we were looking for a bed/mattress or mattress only, the range and quality soon made up our minds. The store manager Steve) spent quality time with us, helping us make our final decision. He displayed in-depth product knowledge both on suitability for our needs and price range. All I all a presurable experience.

Great service and great choice

Simon and John who delivered our bed, they were very helpful and cheery guys, considering that we live in a second floor flat, they did not complain about the stairs, as we sometimes get with other companies, nothing was a problem and we are very happy with our experience.

Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable listening carefully to me requirements and providing options to meet my needs.
