assistant could not do any more to tell us of all beds.. very pleasant shopping

Service just right not overpowering and listened to what we said.

We visited the store on a few occasions as my daughter could not decide what furniture she wanted. Assistant was very friendly and helpful but also gave us time to look around ourselves. She advised us on mattress types too.

The salesman (Chris) at the Seafield branch Edinburgh was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was attentive but not pushy. We appreciated the soft approach to the sale as we knew what we wanted and he gave us the space to look carefully at all options unobtrusively while being constantly available to answer questions. The products were of the quality we required and the delivery etc arrangements were acceptable. Chris carefully pointed out all the arrangements in detail and explained fully the conditions of the sale. Given the obtrusive and aggressive sales approach we have experienced with numerous retailers of late, it was a pleasure to do business with Dreams Seafield. We highly commend Chris's knowledgeable and effective approach to selling, on this occasion.

The sales manager/assistant was very accomadating to my needs, she got me a up of coffee so that I had time to think, I am disabled and so moving around and going upstairs in the showroom was accomodated for very well. She also sold me a mattress cover as I didnt realise this was needed. The transaction was easy and simple and although I have never purchased a divan before the benefits were explained and also the qualities of the mattress I purchased. The lady although reassured me after sale had gone through of her post sale assistance to me. I went away very pleased with my experience and will return for my other bedroom later.

Good customer service even although there was only one member of staff on the floor. The products were displayed in a very attractively and it was easy to find what you were looking for

Helpful informed staff. Non pressurised sales technique. Felt staff were working with us to get the product that best met our needs within the budget available.

The sales person was very knowledgable and took at least 2hrs helping us to decide on the bed that we wanted. He was patient and led us through all of the products available and helped us decide on a size and style that would best suit our needs as first time buyers.

The experience and knowledge of the staff was brilliant, they spent time with us and we're very keen see we were going to receive the best product for our needs & didn't try to rush us at any point!
