Warmly welcomed when we entered the store. Claire was very knowledgable and great at explaining the differences between several different beds and options. It was a pleasure to be looked after by her.

The assistant who helped us (Chris) was excellent. He answered all our questions re the beds we were looking for. He wasn't in the least bit pushy but explained everything in detail and went over the paper work several times. A credit to the store we visited.

We only called to look at products before shopping elsewhere. The sales lady, Clare, was helpful and not pushy; by not using aggressive sales pitch we were happy to not only look at products but to buy.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because the level of customer service was the highest of all the 'bed shops' I visited whilst looking to make a purchase.

We received excellent customer service, he had a good knowledge of the products available and we received good value for money on the products we purchased.

Expected to have difficulty finding a mattress that would be within our budget but would be of good quality and value. Ended up buying two. One for the new bed we were purchasing and one for our guest bed.

The advisor Godfrey was helpful, not too pushy in sales, welcoming in offering drinks and very helpful in advice.

Friendliness of staff, terms and conditions were clearly explained. Didn't feel preassured to make an immediate decision

We were highly satisfied with the customer service received. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and had the patience of a saint! We felt this was a comfortable shopping experience and didn't once feel pressured to make a purchase...hence to why we returned the following day spending over £1000! Thanks for your assistance Chris :)

Clare was absolutely brilliant. She was so knowledgeable and gave us the opportunity to try many different options that she thought might suit us, with no pressure to go down any particular route. Her product knowledge was really good, and she had a very nice, helpful and friendly manner combined with being extremely professional.
