Manager Claire of the Seafield Store, Edinburgh has been an absolute God Send. She has kept an eye on a bed for us which has been discontinued and only the display king size was left. We really really wanted this bed and Claire communicated with her staff and us continually until she was able to sell the bed (once discontinued). The bed frame is fantastic and we were talked through all the scuffs on the display bed which we bought. We got such a bargain and have had such a positive experience that we will be returning in January to purchase a decent mattress from this store, even though this is not our local store. I will never go anywhere except Dreams Seafield for a bed/mattress/pillows. Godfrey also knows his stuff and ensured that i wasnt waiting long when Claire was tied up with customers. Both are lovely lovely people and so knowledgeable about Dreams products. As a sales person myself i hate being 'sold' to. The genuine and gentle nature of both are an absolute credit to Dreams. Christopher who handled our purchase was pleasant and very helpful, we asked him to work out a price for us on the bed we were interested in, once he gave us it he left us to discuss and make up our minds. I would certainly highly recommend dreams to anyone interested in making a purchase. What delights us even further that our bed will be with us on 28 November.

We attended with a rough idea of what style we were after but unsure what mattress. We had two young kids with us at the time and all staff were extremely friendly with our kids. They offered a drink to my wife and I and gave us plenty of time to consider our purchases. Not only did we end up purchasing the bed frame and mattress; but also a mattress cover, quilt, bedside tables and top of the range pillows.

salesman was very helpful in guiding us to the right product and seemed to know the products very well.

We were asked if we needed assistance within 2 minutes of coming into the store. The assistant was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable regarding products that we asked about and could talk us through similar ranges so that we were sure what we were buying was right for us.

The lady who helped me, Clare, knew exactly what I was looking for and was very helpful when it came to choosing the mattress and discussing what pillows I should buy. she also showed me a wide price choice and let me decide what I wanted, she did not push the most expensive ones

The salesman was very patient as we changed our minds.
