Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

I have been to this store before with my Mum and Dad so I knew the service was good that's why I came to this store. Godrey the sales assistant was very helpful. He helped me pick the correct bed for my needs and advised me on pillow types etc as well. He took the time to explain things clearly.He wasn't at all pushy as some sales assistants can be. I was very happy with the service I received.

From entering the Dreams store I was approached by a salesman and he was very helpful and courteous, and my choice of bed and the completion of the sale was quick and hassle free.

We consider that the sales assistant (Godfrey) tuned into our needs and purchasing style quickly and with sensitivity and knowledge. Appropriate use of listening skills and humour made this purchase easy and a pleasure. The mattress has now arrived and we have slept on it for twork nights ..it (and our new pillows) has already made a good difference to our sleep and comfort already so we are delighted. In a nutshell...the sales assistant provided excellent, efficient and friendly service. Well laid out store. The outside could maybe be a bit more "open for business" looking. Hard to do given the location. Small point but seeing as you are asking for feedback...! Many thanks.

We actually went to Dreams looking for a take away mattress for our son, but whilst there looked at the beds and found two we liked. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful and we managed to secure a product we wanted in time for Christmas, in fact within a week, which was fantastic. Very impressed with the staff and service and we are excited about our new bed being with us by Saturday.

The store was organised in a way that made it easy to find what I wanted. As soon as I entered, the layout of the store was explained to me.

The attention we got from, and the knowledge we got from, Godfrey, was brilliant. He was not pushy at all.
