Was served by Claire very good, we had no pressure put on us which my husband would have walked out of shop, Claire really new her job we had a very good time in dreams was a very pleasant visit nice to talk to some one that new what they were talking about

shop advisor extremely helpful throughout the process, many different mattresses to choose from and advisor extremely helpful. also very knowledgeable with sales and discounts. Overall experience was smooth and easy.

Clare , the salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions put to her regarding my purchase .

There was no hard selling and the assistant Claire know all about the different mattress. She let us buy what we wanted rather than try to sell us something more expensive.

I was looking for a firm mattress and taking advantage of the sale. Clare was very calm and pleasant and gave me time to look around and try different mattresses having given me information about them. Excellent all round experience.

After a quick look around was approached by a polite member of staff who showed me various grades of mattresses which would be in my price bracket and suit my needs . The Dreams colleague's name was Clare.My attention was drawn to other items for sale eg protective covers and sheets which I bought.The order was processed quickly.

Great service from Geoffrey and quick delivery arranged. He even cleaned the bags that contained our vac packed mattresses so they wouldn't dirty the car.
