well laid out store, sales person friendly and not overpowering.

We were not pestered and left to consider the options open to us ourselves which we most prefer. A large range on view reflected what we had seen online so it was nice to confirm the quality and our online thoughts.

This was very encouraging as it makes your shopping experience a personal one '(your not just a number ). This time I was given a thorough explanation of the beds and my budget.
