Customer service Advisor was incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the dreams product range.

Clare was very helpful and approachable. She helped me make the right choice and didn't put any pressure on us. I dealt with her both times I visited the shop.

We were greated on entry to the store by Clare and she listened to our needs, walked around with us and gave advice on products, not to mention fetching us lovely pillows. She was friendly and helpful throughout.

The staff at the Edinburgh leith branch were lovely. This was my second visit and I could tell that the staff were passionate about their job. Clare served us this time and was excellent but noticeably another young man served my partner and I the previous time. He was still as congenial when we came back. Everyone was very patient and personable while helping us make a big decision
