Our sales assistant, Godfrey, was great. He understood that we had limited time, an idea of what we wanted and that we wanted to be making decisions quickly. Godfrey asked us the right questions to establish which matresses were best for us and on showing us three web return to store the following week to buy one (plus the amazing pillows that we sampled). We were given time and space to discuss our preferences with no pressure at any point. the purchase and post purchase communication was excellent. I have had the best nights sleep!

We had looked online son had vague idea of what we wanted but Steve at the Edinburgh seafield store was very helpful and explained all the different mattress types and which would be best for us. He didn't just push for the most expensive but actually listened to our requirements. Excellent service and good delivery.

The advice and service I received was excellent by Dreams colleague Godfrey. I was able to try different mattresses to decide on my choice and was offered a cup of tea while I was browsing. The transaction once I decided on the best mattress for me was processed quickly and efficiently. My sister is looking for a new bed and I have recommended to her to give Dreams a visit.

I was shopping with my 17 year old daughter, who was very self-conscious about trying out the mattresses. Godfrey was very sensitive to this, and gave us just the right amount of attention when we needed it, but left us plenty of privacy to put her at her ease.
