From when we first entered the store to the day the mattress was delivered, Clare went above and beyond to help us make the right decision. There was no pressure, just good, solid advice. The delivery team of Alec, Sean and Jordan were troupers bringing the mattress up to the flat and putting it in the right room (they even took their shoes off before going on the carpet!) Since sleeping on the mattress both my partner and I have had the BEST nights sleep we've ever had. All my back problems have disappeared, seriously! I really couldn't be any more grateful to Clare at Dreams. If I'd known it would have been as easy as this and that it would make such a difference, I'd have done it years ago. See you all when it's time to replace it!
