The staff member (Godfrey) was really helpful. He was knowledgeable and quick to help, but also wasn't pushy as we have experienced in other stores. He was patient in listening to what we wanted and suggesting a variety of options.

Shop was very clean, good social distancing, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, I'm extremely bad with names but the man who served us had a great big bushy beard. He was fantastic at helping us. I'll definitely be returning when we need to look for a bed in the future.

I am a customer with Cerebral Palsy. The right choice of bed height is crucial to my being able to rise off the bed. Additionally turning while lying on the bed is an issue for me. Godfrey guided me courteously to my choice with great patience. At the point of payment there was a little difficulty with the signal from my wife's phone. She was not in the store but had the credit card. Godfrey and his colleague resolved the matter with calm patience. Godfrey then saw me safely into a taxi. I am very grateful to him.

We had no idea about witch matress would be the best for us, the person witch help us to find a matress was very helpful and patient as we had some hesitation it is hard to know witch matress would be the best as it's quite a big investment for life. I'll come back in the future for some anti allergic duvet. Thank you
