We had only just popped in on the start of our 'bed hunt'. While it was an inexpensive purchase the member of staff was very helpful and seemed keen to make a sale even though it wasn't for huge value which is good to see. Ultimately, he was so helpful he found us what we were looking for and saved us having to look elsewhere.

The sales assistant (Godfrey in Edinburgh) was knowledgeable and professional in his approach, he was courteous and went about his task with good humour. Very pleased with the standard in store.

Chris in the Seafield store had great product knowledge was very helpful and made the purchase of our tempur mattress very clear and straight forward it was a pleasure to shop in a shop with great staff willing to please.

The salesperson, Godfrey, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He took his time to listen to what we required and to explain the various options open to us. Once we had decided he was quick to process the order which was very helpful as I had mentioned that we needed to pick up our daughters from nursery. Overall he was friendly and efficient.

Me and my partner had never bought a mattress before, felt that Clare helped us understand what kind of mattress would suit our requirements, was very polite and patient whilst we discussed the money aspect of the sale and make the decision of which one would suit us best. Clare made our experience easy and enjoyable opposed to stressful and confusing. Delighted with our purchase and quick delivery, can't wait to get a good nights sleep!!!

My husband and I popped into the store to have a look at mattresses. We have recently bought our first house and so this is the first time we have bought a mattress and we were not 100% sure in what we wanted. Godfrey was working and thankfully the shop was quiet so we had his full attention. He explained the differences between the mattresses and asked what we each preferred. After pointing out the beds which would best meet our needs he left us to try the mattresses and take our time. We didn't feel pressurised into making our mind up and there was also no rushing despite the fact that it was nearing closing time. We ended up purchasing a mattress, 2 pillows and some sheets. We are really happy with the product and confident that although pricey it will last a long time.

Godfrey was very friendly and helpful. I explained what I was looking for and he went through various options with me and advised me on different mattresses. After checking sizes, I returned to place my order with Godfrey who ensured I got the best deal possible.
