Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

The sales man was very helpfull, and understanding. With what product we where looking for.

Godfrey looked after us exceptionally well. He understood our needs, he listened to what we were saying...he provided the information we needed in a timely and efficient manner. He was polite, friendly and efficient. Whilst we encountered similar products and prices in other stores we returned to Dreams because of his salesmanship and personality.

We needed 2 new beds very urgently and to be delivered as soon as possible as we are time restricted. The sales assistant, Godfrey (Seafield road store, Edinburgh) was absolutely remarkable with his assistance. His product knowledge was excellent and helped us find the right beds for us very quickly. He also did his absolute best to ensure they could be delivered to us at a suitable date. Very happy with our purchase and value for money is excellent. Thankyou !

It was my first visit to Dreams and the staff could not have been more helpful or friendlier. Their knowledge of the products available led to us picking the exact bed and mattress for our needs. They were happy for us to spend time looking at all the different mattresses and beds and even trying them out and were in no way pressuring us to make a purchase. We have now had the bed for 4 nights and are very pleased with it.

Staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. They didn't give the hard sell and gave us time to think through our purchase decisions. When required they helped throughout the buying process

Godfrey helped my husband and I again in finding the right bed for us. It was nice that he remembered us from the previous purchase. He was as helpful as ever in providing sizes and costs of beds we liked and recommending which mattresses suited our budget. Although we experienced some problems with the quality of a previous bed we purchased, we could not fault Dreams and Godfrey in rectifying this issue quickly and to our satisfaction. Because of the service we have received in the past we will always go to Dreams when looking to purchase new beds.

Discount. I spent a long time deciding and did not feel like I was ever pushed into sale. Sales woman had great product knowledge. Managed to obtain everything in 1 trip. Very quick delivery.

Clare was really helpful and knowledgeable.She showed me all the beds of the type I was looking for.There was no problem about me wanting to think about it overnight. (I wanted to go home and measure the base height of my own bed and my daughters to work out if the height of new bed would be fine for me). I bought a new mattress 2 months ago, from another shop, not thinking I needed a new bed then decided I did need a new bed! I wish I had known about Dreams then as I would have got better advice. I am sure Clare would have suggested a new bed at the time if I had!! I am also pleased to get interest free credit.
