Big spacious store, plenty of mattressesto choose from. Clare the salesperson was very help full, she was very knowledgable about the products. Not only did she point us in the right direction of the mattresses we were interested in, she made sure we had similar pillows, to which we use at home.

Godfrey was very professional and knew his products he was selling and listened to what i needed and wanted. Did not go for the hard drive sale (which is not nice when just looking) and i ended up buying the bed i was looking at online and also returned later that day to buy a bedside cabinet. Store was clean, staff were on hand and presentable and will and have recommended the store and staff to family and friends looking to purchase a bed.

Clare went above and beyond to make sure we were given time and space to look as well as being on hand to answer questions. Clare managed to juggle looking after 3 sets of customers at 1 time as she was on her own. She also stayed after normal closing hours to help us. Clare is a credit to the Dreams team!

Clare who was our sales advisor was very courteous, knowledgable-with no sales pressure or deal expiry pressure. She selected the best options for our budget and needs which was our son setting up home. This was very helpful because it saved our time and removed many of the options which did not meet our needs and to our budget . The ordering was efficient and she gave us further info on the cover plan, bed linen sale and headboard options. We left the store happy in the knowledge our beds will hopefully be delivered as arranged. Well done Clare ( Edinburgh)

The showroom was spacious and displayed a big variety of options, making our choice of beds straightforward. Chris, the salesman was extremely courteous and helpful. We did not feel at all pressurised to purchase. Everything we needed to know was very well explained by him. We purchased 2 beds and some pillows and bedding. A very pleasant shopping experience.

I went to 2 Dreams stores and upon entering was always told how the store works and how to find what I was looking for (mattress) using the colour coding. Very helpful.

The whole staff were friendly and helpful but did not "hover" or keep pestering us, at the same time were their when we needed to ask a question then disappear again. When we found what we thought we were looking for Clair was Very patient and grasped what we were looking for quickly and with a few helpful nudges we ended up with a better deal. Her knowledge of your products is extensive. We are very happy with our purchase and will shop there again.

Range of goods and efficiency of staff.

This is the second time we have purchased a product from Dreams. The sales assistant was extremly helpfully and very knowledgeable with regards to the products that we where inquiring about. I would certainly recommend this store.
