Good products and prices with excellent service. Staff not too pushy in trying to get sale and willing to give advice even if you weren't intending to make a purchase that day. Colour coordination helpful.

The price of the products were less than I had anticipated and the quality was more as was the choice of finishes. I'm normally a John Lewis shopper as I find them very knowledgeable of products but I would return to Dreams first when considering a purchase of another bed and/or mattress.
