Friendly and approachable staff member when I entered the store offered a cuppa before I made my enquiries about new bed mattress would definitely recommend Dreams to everyone

Iain was very friendly and informative with helping us choose a new bed. The process was smooth and easy and he explained the benefits of each product simply for us. He made a potentially very difficult process easy and enjoyable.

Our attendant Godfrey was very attentive, found products that suited us and spent lots of time with us. It was good to try a wide range of mattresses.

Our assistant was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We saw a good selection of beds and mattresses and we were able to test out appropriate ones.

Excellent support in the shop, good knowledge, tool time to explain all different products. He even offered us water and coffee which I thought was very kind.

Even though I didn’t have an appointment, I was seen to by a member of staff straight away. They were very nice with their machine and talked about the mattresses that would suit me the best. I spent under 1hr in the shop in total because they were that good on getting things suited for me.

Friendly & helpful staff. Thought there would have been a larger selection of makes of beds, eg Sealy for one. Was quite a hard sell with regards to trying to get me to take out Dreams' Bed Cover and purchasing a mattress protector - neither of which i wanted.

Iain was attentive but understood when to leave us to discuss the purchase and then picked up of cues from us to come back and discuss it further. Great value and supported with aftercare services and available discounts from promotions. Great service and will be back when we need more.
