Our sales assistant,Godfrey , was extremely helpful, he listened to what we had to say , we stated that , our current mattress was uncomfortable. He took time to explain all the options, and we tested several mattresses, this process was done in a professional manner. Without feeling pressurised, as a result we are more than happy with our purchase.
