Very good customer service when we went to the shop. No pushy sales, but accommodating and honest advice.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff member, understood my needs and advised the best product from a value for money perspective, just what I was looking for. Offered tea/coffee which is nice and doesn't happen often.

The store manager who served me took the time to understand my requirements in the purchase. He was not pushy for sales and encouraged me to find the product which suited my weak back rather than pushing me towards a premium product. I felt like I was listened to and not pressurised. It was probably the lack of sales 'push' that made me purchase the mattress there and then.

Chris made the whole process very simple and was very informative and helpful throughout.

The staff were very friendly and explained the different options very clearly, I felt they understood what I needed and that they helped me to pick the right bed at the right price for me...

The store assistant (David) was very knowledgeable about the products, he was also very helpful and I feel he assisted me in getting the best quality product, best suited for me at a reasonable price. I did not feel pressured in any way, he made the whole experience most enjoyable

John the salesman had exactly the right level of engagement with us and also gave us enough time to work through the choices of beds on our own. This mean he could advice us and give us time to make the right decision for us, not just for the pillow purchased today but for the right deal on our next bed which will be purchased over the next few weeks His manner was friendly and open. He was friendly and had excellent product knowledge. In him you have a true professional and an asset to you company.

The service from the salesman (godfrey) was exceptional. Very informative and friendly without any pushy sales nonsense. He genuinely seemed to have our best interests in mind rather than pushing for a higher sale. In the end we went for a much more expensive package than we intended which was completely our decision, but that decision was reached because of the very personal and honest service we received from the salesman. This kind of service should be a blueprint for your sales techniques throughout your company. Very impressed with Godfrey.
