Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

Godfrey was very knowledgeable, understanding, patient and helpful during the whole process. We actually enjoyed the experience we had been dreading. We also bought all bedding that we needed as he explained thread counts, togs, discussed pillows and our needs etc

Godrey knew when to approachand when to let us be. He was polite attentive informative and friendly. He was very much into the products. Like its his life. The store was well organized with a lot of choice and color coding for bed types and styles. They also gave us refreshments and let me use their bathroom. Which was nice.

Godfrey the sales assistant was excellent - there when we need him, and not when we didn't. Highly competent and knowledgeable. An exemplary sales person.

Felt like we were given the time to discuss our needs and find something that was right for us.

I visited the Seafield store in Edinburgh where Godfrey and David were very helpful and knowledgeable. They ensured I received the best price possible as I am moving into a new house and on a tight budget. I was thoroughly happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend them to others.

Godfrey was amazing. Very professional and a lovely man.

The member of staff was helpful, friendly and pointed out the products we wold like and the features and qualities of the different choices.

Prior to going into store, we were a bit apprehensive about how 'salesy' the staff would be. However as soon as we entered the staff couldn't have been more helpful. David in particularly was very attentive, without being pushy. We were impressed with his extension knowledge (and patience!) and we very quickly managed to find something that suited both myself and my husband - which rarely happens!

The assistant Godfrey in the Edinburgh store was very helpful. He explained the mattresses in detail, and let us try two adjusting beds.
