The assistant, Pedro, was extremely helpful while also giving us lots of time to think. He was friendly, likeable and efficient - all you want in an assistant.

The assistants were helpful and patient without being too "pushy". We were served by Godfrey who was helpful and friendly.

After visiting several other stores to try and purchase a bed it was refreshing to enter the Dreams store at Seafield in Edinburgh and be given full assistance, full understanding of our needs and a hassle free purchase by a very pleasant salesman named Godfrey.

David was great and talked us through everything. The process didn't take long and I can't wait to receive the bed tomorrow. Only niggle would be the price for the mattress and old bed frame to be uplifted. £38 to remove a mattress is a lot of money.

The staff were extremely helpful

Both assistants that we dealt with on our visit were extremely knowledgeable and gave us the space to make a decision. At no time were either of them pushy to make a sale but were more concerned that we got the mattress we were looking for. We visited twice before buying and each time the assistants were incredibly polite and helpful.

From entering the store we were given a friendly but non intrusive welcome; when we were ready to ask for assistance, there was someone (Pedro) on hand to do so, even although the store was busy. Pedro was fully informed on the products and helpful for my specific requirements. The whole process from start to finish was smooth, friendly and we felt like valued customers by all staff we came into contact with.

pedro had extensive knowledge of all items in store, he made us feel comfortable and under no pressure at all he had patience and understanding of our needs, he was courteous and extremely helpful, we tried other stores for what we wanted and the service and knowledge was very poor to that at dreams.
