Really good staff, very helpful and left us to it mostly. When we were ready to talk about what we liked the chaps gave really useful guidance on some of the mattresses getting warm and that if we liked a firm mattress there was another one we might like (that was a bit cheaper). Felt the staff were knowledgeable and not too pushy which was nice.

We had a friendly welcome from David who was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of useful information.we were offered a hot drink and then left to try out the mattresses without anyone standing over which was good.

John was very helpful understood my needs gave advice when I required it

We were served by Pedro who was very helpful and courteous throughout the sale. He was also very knowledgeable of the products.

Time was taken to understand what we were looking for and we were shown a range of products all of which were relevant to our needs. All-round good salesmanship.

John - store manager very knowledgeable and friendly. Not pushy but there for whatever questions we had to ask. Made us feel very at ease and relaxed in picking our bed.

David (leith) very knowledgeable spent time explaining differences between divan and ottoman and types of ottoman and how to safely open and close. Allowed us time to look undisturbed but there when we needed to ask questions

Excellent advice and assistance from both Godfrey - who first advised us on our choice of mattress - and Alistair, who later processed our purchase. Very pleased with the service.

From the moment I walked in the store, I was kindly approached by John. He was not pushy, or too upfront, he took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for, and did not try and force me to buy something 10x the price of my budget, he was very genuine and friendly. There were many products on show to choose from, and a lot of assistance was given to help me choose the right one for me

I was ably assisted in choosing the right bed for me by the assistant (Godfrey) who clearly knew his stuff.
