David, our sales person was very knowledgeable. He explained every type of bed and we had a good selection to choose from. He did not pressure us into a purchase. He recommended the type of pillow we may like and a mattress protector. All in all the experience was easy, quick and satisfactory. He gave us a quick delivery date which was also very good and on time.

I started my search for a new bed on the internet and came across your Edinburgh store by chance. The service was good because the salesman realised that I had a good idea of what I wanted so that we were able to clinch a mutually satisfactory deal in a short time. The whole process; choosing a bed frame, a mattress and organising a date for delivery and assembly went very smoothly.

The sales assistant was excellent. Spent plenty of time giving me advice about the various mattresses I tried. There was no pressure from him to buy a mattress, and I felt very thankful that at no time did he make me feel pressurised to buy a mattress, he just answered every question I asked.i was dreading going to buy mattress, as I thought I would get a salesman just fobbing me of in order to make a sale. Thankfully it was pleasant experience, and look forward to to the delivery of my new mattress. Thank you John.

A warm welcome and a lovely mug of coffee for my daughter Susan and I .Both salesmen where busy last Thursday .So Susan and I wandered around looking confused .David was so helpful as I was buying a bed for Susan when she moves into her new house with my 2 Granddaughters due to a split up. I went back into day to buy her the bed .David wasn't in but John and Pedro also were a great help .Bed bought .Now time to save up for one for me .My children always come 1rst .I am a happy Mum/Grandma with the help of your friendly staff will be back again Thanks Guys

I have visited several of the bed shops including Martin &Frost Sterling and Richard F Mackay several times since deciding I needed a new bed. The salesmen's attitude ranged from "pushy" to downright "disinterest". On visiting your store I noted that the sales team had seen me , gave me time to look before approaching to see if I needed help, Pedro helped me choose he was informative without trying to steer me in a given direction.The Manager was on hand too and was very approachable. I bought that day purely because of the attitude of the staff .

Sales assistants were very pleasant and also very informative and answered all our questions satisfactory . Very good choice of products and well laid out stock. Under no pressure to buy and were allowed to take our time when choosing our mattress.

Godfrey was very knowledgeable and helpful. The range of products was very comprehensive and reasonably priced.

The salesman was immediately available, friendly and listened to our particular needs taking us through a number of possible matresses and allowing us to try them before we were able to come to a conclusion. He told us the price well before we were in any way committed and advised us of payment and insurance options. A very good and personal service.

Our great experience started as soon as we walked through the door of the Seafield Store in Edinburgh. We were met by Godfrey who asked how we were, and what he could help with. We were given specific pillows and Godfrey spent around half an hour detailing the different mattresses and their specific pro/cons for personal taste. We returned the next day having been to other bed stores in the area, because we felt the service stood out from the rest. Then the next hour was spent finalising all our needs (mattress protector, warranties, pillows etc), followed by confirming a delivery date of just two weeks ahead. Great service, with Godfrey providing outstanding attention to detail and understanding of our needs.
