I liked the colour coding of the pillows to show the type of bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was served by the store mgr who was extremely polite and knowledgable. I explained what I was looking for and was shown a few options, the service was very helpful and was not pushy sales at all. Excellent service and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was looking for something specific today and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and did not make me feel pressured into anything. They were also very patient whilst I hopped from the different mattresses to try them out and also supplying me with a pillow to try with them! They explained things thoroughly to me so I could make an informed decision on my purchase. They also had great attitudes and I was able to have a joke and laugh with them. I will highly recommend the seafield store to friends and family.

2 members of staff spoke with us and were very friendly and helpful and said to take as much time as possible to decide on our purchase. everything was clearly explained to us.

Gordon the salesman and the manager were very friendly and Gordon took his time to explain things to me. I was given ample time to try out the mattresses.

When I entered the premises I knew exactly what I wanted. "Godfrey" was the assistent. I explained to him and without any problem he explained everything and in no time at all I am now waiting for delivery 31st January. The date I chose. He was excellent explaining everything. Thank you.

David who dealt with me on my first visit and when I returned, could not have been more helpful and his knowledge was excellent. He did not try and push the sale me to make a decision on my first visit but steered me into considering options. He then closed the sale and was in fact the best sales person I have com e across in many years

Staff were very helpful (Godfrey very patient) and another colleague kept my 4 year old granddaughter entertained while my daughter and I were looking at mattresses for both of us
