Dreams - Edinburgh - Seafield

We were served by David at the seafield store, he was very helpful knew exactly what he was talking about, didn't push us or anything just told us what we needed to know asked questions so he could help us! He was very honest also with our needs and budget which helps alot! Will definetly recommend and will return 😊

We got the mattress we were looking for and Godfrey made it all worth while. All the staff were friendly and very helpful and offered us refreshments . A very enjoyable experience

It took me over two hours to finally decide with mattress i wanted and the guys where fantastic.Special thanks to Godfrey for his patients!! Loved the coffee too.

Pedro who assisted us in the store was very helpful in explaining the different types of mattresses and was very proficient in taking and explaining the order and delivery process.

John was very helpful and was able to answer all our queries. He recognised when we needed time to think and did so. He showed us a good range of things to match our spec. We enjoyed the cup of tea. Pedro was also very nice and cheerful. Overall a good experience. We had seen items we liked in other shops (esp Archers and Benson) but opted for the more expensive option with Dreams as we believed it offered the best overall value and dependency.

The service was simply brilliant. Over three separate visits whilst we decided what we were doing re our purchase. Pertinence and knowledge as well as a warm welcome every time no matter what! Thank you
