The overall experience was excellent.

The guy who helped us to choose our products and throughout the order placing (Mr. David) has been very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. On the top of that, he has been very nice to us.

The service provided by John was first class; he gave us advice on choosing the right matres for our daughters bed and for our own and gave us the opportunity to try these out fully before we made up our mind. He was friendly and knew just when to offer the advice and when to allow us time discuss things. First Class.

When we entered the store it was empty so after a brief minute a salesman came over quite politely and asked if we knew how the store worked then explained the colour scheme and how it related to the products and asked if we were happy enough to look round ourselves and try stuff out on our own or if I'd like assistance. I liked having the choice not to be badgered but happy to have been told about the colour scheme and the signs explaining the different types. I ended up liking a very expensive mattress which was above my budget so asked for a discount of which I got A very reasonable one which ultimately secured the sale

We had an idea of the bed and mattress we were after but received great advice. Getting a great frame and mattress as well as a sofa bed. really enjoyable experience and friendly staff.

I was highly satisfied with the friendly staff and all advice he gave me. The store was extremely clean and I choose the best mattress I could even imagine. Pedro, the customer adviser prepared a very tasty coffee for me. It was a lovely visit in your store in Seafield in Edinburgh.

Dreams was the first of 2 or 3 retail showrooms we visited on a day which was meant to be investigatory only.However, we were so impressed with Pedro and the lengths he went to in answering our detailed questions about mattresses and divans,that we saw little point in travelling to other retailers for what could have become information overload. The fact that credit was offered at 0% and the whole experience became one of total satisfaction.

Staff were very understanding. Once we explained what we were looking for there were a number of options to consider and others to rule out. Felt as if the visit was tailored for us and made picking a frame and mattress so easy.
