Staff very attentive and not pushy. Listened to what I was looking for and showed me examples without searching the store. Pedro made me a lovely cup of coffee and sorted out the best deal which I was very happy with. I also managed to purchase two items of bedding which were extremely good value. A very pleasurable experience and one I would recommend to others. Rachel Ritchie

Godfrey was very attentive and friendly.. I have bought two beds and mattresses previously but bought a bed made by Chris Holmes and needed a mattress. It was amazing because Godfrey was an apprentice with Mr. Holmes years ago . I would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to friends and family.

The staff are great and they have got good customer service in addition to that they have excellent knowledge of the products they are marketing to the finger tips.

The salesperson was friendly and very helpful and when we specified what we were looking for he knew exactly the products which met our requirements. He gave us some options to consider and once we decided, the order, and delivery date was processed right away. It was a very straightforward process and we were happy with all aspects of the purchase. Thank you Dreams.
