The customer service we received in store was exceptional. We visited 4 other competitors on the same day, knowing that we would definitely be making a purchase that day, and the service we received in store was highly rated above all other stores we visited. Godfrey took the time to understand what we were looking for, clearly explained the offers that were on in store that day and gave us the time and space to make a decision without any pushy customer service. He spent a long time with us to ensure we were happy with our decision. I even won an Easter egg in a hula hooping competition in store!

The assistant, Pedro, was very knowledgeable. Although I had more or less decided which mattress to buy, based on a previous purchase, he outlined the benefits of various similar mattresses for my type of sleeper & also recommended a sprung pillow, something I had not heard of but which offers good support for a side sleeper. Pillows are always a problem so his suggestion was appreciated
