The assistant was excellent , taking time to go over every aspect of my sale he was very polite with a happy manner. I would certainly shop at Dreams again.

Friendly and laid back service without being pushy. We were offered assistance when we needed it.

Great help from the staff and in particular the knowledge of the staff on products, eventually we bought beds we had not went in with the mind set of purchasing. The beds we actually purchased were far better

We liked the colour coding of the mattress varieties which made it easy for us to try each type. Once we made our choice of matures type we could then select our choice from the sub varieties available- much easier and helpful than any other stores we have visited.

The assistance was great, he showed us all the different types of mattresses and explained the difference. He then identified ones that would suit that were within our price range.

Pedro was very helpful and asked if we would like tea.

The staff member Godfrey at the Leith store in Edinburgh was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We made a big effort to go back to him after needing to visit another store (just next to where we live) to see the product we were looking to buy. Something there was no need to do other than the staff had been fantastic

Pedro was our assistant,also John was very helpful.keeping my grandson occupied. Pedro was very helpfull telling me the write bed for my grandson as it is his first bed, he was also very helpfull finding me the proper mattress. As I get very hot during the night he advised me on the proper one. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.
