I was really satisfied with my visit to Dreams as Godfery was really helpful while not being pushy. He asked all the right questions as far as I was aware to try and get the right item for us. He also gave us options for delivery that would best suit is and tried to make sure that we would be contactable for the call to advise the time slot for delivery and yes we would recommend and use Dreams again infact this was a return trip as we had a matress from yourselves last year.

We were highly satisfied as we were welcomed in and asked right away if we required help and pointed to the appropriate purchases to suit our needs. We bought beds in this store 10 years ago and were pleased to return and purchase again.

Staff were really friendly and not too pushy. We were left to browse at our leisure but got assistance when we needed it.

We visited store162 on two occasions to confirm which mattress was best for us. Both Dave on our first visit and Godfrey on our second were very helpful letting us try the mattresses and pillows in our own time and giving us technical information on the products
