From entering store we were well looked after everything was explained to us in detail nothing was a bother, George the assistant was more than helpful andwe even managed to get a lovely cup of coffee, Well Done Dreams,

Sales person was very knowledgeable about the various products and took the time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the various models based on our feedback. He selected certain beds he thought we would prefer and after trying a variety of others, our favourite was one of his initial selection.

The products were well laid out. We were impressed by the assistance given with patience and knowledge. All questions fully replied to and solved. We were given plenty of time without harassment to look round yet the assistant was on hand whenever needed. P S I clicked Yes to the question that asked if I had a problem by mistake and could not rectify it. Very good attention from young salesman.

Salesperson Godfrey was very helpful without being pushy. Knew his products and was able ti match our needs to the ideal bed.
