The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy

Great customer service from all the staff we encountered. Pedro and Godfrey moved mattresses until we got the right combination and then made sure we had the correct pillows and sheets. The Manager was on hand to make sure all was working well and offered tea and coffee. We had been to John Lewis and Bensons beds and although Bensons had a cheaper option we purchased from Dreams.

The sales person Godfrey was very helpful, he answered all my questions and as the purchase was for my mentally disabled son, he included him in all the decisions and made sure he was happy with his purchase. I was impressed.

The assistant who helped me took great care to listen to my issues re disability and helped me try a range of products. He didn't just agree with me, but advised based on what he saw as I tried mattresses. When discussing payment options, his colleague made me a lovely cup of tea, a very nice touch!

Husband had previously visited store to look at mattresses. We knew what we wanted and he had seen it on earlier visit. Sales person had advised on how to test mattress then as well as on this visit when we bought item. Explained guarantee and how to look after mattress.There was also an offer on which enabled a discount. Used this to buy mattress protector so got two items for the money we had planned to spend. Mattress as good as one we had seen at another store but cheaper. We took mattress home and sales person carried it out to car for us. Transaction was quick and painless.

The sales assistant greeted us immediately was extremely helpful and informative. was very slightly upset that delivery for my 2 beds would take 2 weeks. But overall very happy. Now waiting on a good night's sleep when beds arrive.

Salesman spent a long time ensuring my needs were met - suggesting numerous options. Friendly, but professional, service - not "pushy" in any way. It was a pleasure is shop here.

Thomas understood that this was our first time buying a bed and took us around to try out many different types of mattresses, at many different price points. He was not pushy, he let us decide what felt best and was very helpful and friendly despite us making it clear we would not be buying on the day. We then came back a week later once we had decided and Godfrey took us through the sales process. Again, he was very helpful and friendly, he was more concerned with making sure we were satisfied than with making a sale.

Not pressured into a sale, felt comfortable walking around the store browsing without inteeerference, but when called on, the sales advisor was at hand and was incredibly knowledgable about the product range. Couldn't do enough to ensure we were selecting what was right to suit our budget. Even selecting pillows, was a great experience and had them all out on a bed that was the same as what we currently had. Great attention to detail from Godfrey our sales advisor.
