The staff were very helpful in the a Store. Thought the bed I was after looked very low so he got a deeper mattress over so I could see the difference. Also brought bedside tables down from upstairs so I could see the layout together.

The store was spacious and well organised. Additionally, your colleague Godfrey was very knowledgeable and approachable. His knowledge of your products is first class and he has a very good sense of humour, which helped as we spent a fair amount of time both choosing the bed and deciding which mattress was best for my wife, who has back problems. This is our second purchase from your company and on this occasion we didn't even bother to look elsewhere, partly due to our satisfaction with the products, but more importantly our confidence in Godfrey.

The sales person Pedro was extremely knowledgeable and advised on the right mattress for us, meeting all out requirements.

Perdo was a great help explaining types of mattresses and showing us special offers even thou we browsed for a long time he was very helpfull. And we are very happy with the prices we payed for the products

The staff member who helped me was helpful and knowledgable about the products. He recommended I try out a number of the mattresses to establish which suited, and gave me a few pointers as to how to make this testing work (remove my bulky jacket, use a good pillow, lie in my normal sleep position). At the sale stage He remembered details I mentioned earlier in the conversation and mentioned them showing he was really listening to me. Most importantly he also went away any left me alone between the start of my visit when he explained how things worked, and the end of my visit (the sale) to allow me to wander and look and try and consider on my own. Which meant I did not feel quite as ridiculous lying on various beds, fully clothed, in the middle of the day. And I did not feel that there was any high presssure sales techniques.

When we came in Godfrey was very friendly offered us cups of tea. He took an interest in the bed we were looking for showing us the various options in store. Great customer service from beginning too end.

The professional knowledge of product we received was of a high quality.prices.The friendly attitude of the sales person was of a high standard. He explained about the type of mattress how it would work for us. He also explained about the 40 day return policy and uplift system more than adequate.

I always buy beds and bedding online but I happened to pop into dreams at seafield Edinburgh due to bad traffic. My perceptions and experience of showroom shopping were totally changed by your assistant Pedro. Not only was he very pleasant, knowledgable and efficient .. he took time to understand my needs and was genuinely interested in ensuring I got the right products. An outstanding experience that means I will highly recommend to others and definitely be back . So much better than trying to use the web!
