John & Godfrey both very welcoming, knowledgable & helpful. I was a customer years ago & returned on this occasion as previous good experience in this store.

Godfrey was helpful, informed us of colour coding that helped us.

The level of explanation was ideal and the manner of the assistant was a pleasure to deal with and not pushy in any way and we were given time and private time to discuss our own thoughts and circumstances.

The guy in store was really friendly and easy to deal with.

We were highly satisfied because of the choice of products in the store and also the service given by the two store workers that we engaged with. Godfrey was very friendly and helpful in explaining the different kind of products on our first visit and Pedro was also very efficient in placing the order and explaining other items that we were entitled to when we returned to place our order.

I came in half an hour into the closing time and the staff didnt make me feel rushed at all. Walked through the products and prices.

Impressed with your colleagues knowledge and help that he gave us and patience to help us decide what we were after excellent waiting no for our new mattresses

My husband suffered a stroke last year. Godfrey was very understanding & patient. Took very good care of us.

John the manager was great. He remembered us from our 1st visit and knew exactly what we were after. He reconfirmed the matteress was still the one that suited us. Which it did. As Arnie says "We'll be back" for our other bedroom matteress very soon.
