The excellent customer service helped us find the right product for our need and thanks to the professional explanation we got a chance to learn about the differences of the matrasses, technologies used to produce them, etc. Staff was very friendly, patient and approachable.

I was very well welcomed by the store salesman, he was very polite and had a great knowledge of all the stock in the shop. He was polite at all times and very helpful in the selection of my new bed and matress. If any member of my family require a new bed i will be advising them to go to Dreams.

I went into Dreams Store at Seafield Road in Edinburgh with the intention of purchasing a bed/mattress. Made clear what I was after and spent time with no rush from assistant whatsoever. After thorough discussion and whole process including sleep match for mattress, bought all that was required. Excellent service from stepping in the door to leaving….😀👍

The assistance I received was courteous and friendly and the staff member was highly knowledgeable about the stock and quickly understood what my needs were. There was a good choice of beds and additional products and the technology used to discern what I needed was very impressive. There was an impressive variety of stock and the whole experience was enjoyable.
